Terms of Service
Effective June 3, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Wishbone GEO ("the Service"), operated by Wishbone Advisory ("Wishbone", "we"). By creating an account or running an audit, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Wishbone GEO runs Generative Engine Optimization audits against a domain you submit, produces visibility scores across large language models, and — on paid tiers — generates editorial briefs and press drafts reviewed by a Wishbone analyst before release.
Tiers and billing
- Free — one audit per domain, ever, per account. Detail unlocks for 30 days, then collapses to a summary card. No payment required.
- Starter ($99) — one-time purchase. Auto-released audit with the full free-tier output plus expanded prompt coverage.
- Foundation ($850/mo) — monthly subscription. Three editorial briefs and one press draft per month, analyst-reviewed before release.
- Authority ($1,250/mo) — monthly subscription. Six editorial briefs and three press drafts per month, analyst-reviewed before release.
Subscriptions auto-renew each month at the listed price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period (see the Refund Policy).
Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
- One account per legal entity. Don't share logins across organizations.
- You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind the entity you represent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit domains you do not own or have permission to audit when running paid deliverables intended to be published.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our prompts, pipelines, or model routing.
- Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
- Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
Intellectual property
Briefs and press drafts delivered to you are yours to use, edit, and publish under your own brand. The underlying methodology, prompts, pipelines, scoring system, and software remain the property of Wishbone Advisory. You grant us a limited license to your domain, business profile, and audit inputs solely to operate the Service.
AI-generated output
Deliverables are produced with the assistance of large language models. We make no warranty that any specific AI model will mention your brand, that your search or AI rankings will improve, or that any outcome is guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing deliverables before publication.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with Google Search Console, Stripe, and other providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wishbone Advisory's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email to active accounts. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
