Refund Policy
Effective June 3, 2026
Refunds are handled per tier. The short version: one-time purchases are refundable before work begins, and monthly subscriptions are cancel-anytime with no refund for the current period.
Free
No payment, nothing to refund.
Starter — $99 one-time
Full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as the audit has not yet been released to your account. Once the audit is released, the purchase is non-refundable because the deliverable has been handed over. Email taylor@wishboneadvisory.com to request a refund.
Foundation ($850/mo) and Authority ($1,250/mo) — monthly subscriptions
These tiers are monthly subscriptions because each cycle includes analyst-reviewed briefs and press drafts that take real production time. The commitment is one month at a time.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep access to in-flight deliverables for that cycle, and you are not charged again.
Refunds within the current cycle
- Full refund if you cancel within 3 days of your initial purchase and no analyst work has started on your deliverables.
- 50% refund if you cancel within the first 7 days and only briefs (no press drafts) have been started.
- No refund once analyst work on press drafts has started, or after day 7 of the cycle, or for any prior month. Renewals after the first cycle are non-refundable — cancel before renewal if you don't want the next month.
Pausing
If you need to pause for travel, launch timing, or seasonality, email us before the renewal date and we'll skip the next charge. Pausing mid-cycle does not refund the current cycle.
Failed deliverables
If we fail to deliver the brief or press-draft count promised by your tier in a given cycle for reasons on our side (not because you didn't confirm a brief or respond to analyst questions), we will credit the missing deliverables to the next cycle or refund the prorated amount, your choice.
Chargebacks
Please email us first. We will resolve legitimate billing issues quickly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in account suspension.
