Privacy Policy

Wishbone GEO ("we", "us") is a Generative Engine Optimization product operated by Wishbone Advisory. This policy explains what we collect when you use the product at wishbonegeo.com and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address and authentication credentials.
- Audit inputs — the domain you submit, business profile fields you confirm (type, geography, products, audience), and any competitor domains you add.
- Audit outputs — model responses, visibility scores, generated briefs and press drafts, and any analyst edits.
- Connected accounts — if you connect Google Search Console, we store OAuth tokens scoped to read your GSC data. You can disconnect at any time.
- Operational metadata — timestamps, request logs, and error traces used to keep the service running.
How we use it
- To run audits, generate deliverables, and show them back to you.
- To route paid-tier work through internal analyst review before release.
- To debug failures and improve prompts, models, and pipelines.
- To send you transactional email about your account and audits.
Sub-processors
We send the minimum data needed to these providers to operate the service: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Cloudflare (hosting), Lovable AI Gateway (model routing), Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google (LLM inference), Semrush (keyword and competitive data on paid tiers), and Apollo (journalist enrichment for press drafts on paid tiers). Stripe processes payments — we never see or store full card numbers.
Retention
Audit data is retained indefinitely and tied to your account. Free-tier detail unlocks for 30 days and then collapses to a summary card; the underlying data is not deleted. You can request export or deletion at any time by emailing the address below.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. We honor verified requests within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), those rights apply.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to Wishbone Advisory personnel who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users of any material breach.
Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update the effective date at the top when we change this policy. Material changes will be announced by email to active accounts.
